About Us
There is a moment in every career where you ask yourself if the work actually matters. That question is why Rockwell North exists.
Working families priced out of the neighborhoods they’d spent years building lives in. A development industry that knows how to build urban luxury and knows how to build subsidized, but is gravitating away from everything in between. And a growing gap between the capital available for attainable housing and the developer capacity to put it to work.
We built our careers in institutional real estate. We know how to underwrite a deal, structure a capital stack, and deliver a project on budget. We also know that discipline and accountability are not enough on their own. You need the right partners, the right building systems, and a model designed to get better with every project. That is what we are building.
We partner with community institutions, public agencies, CDFIs, and faith-based organizations, whatever combination a project requires. Our construction partner, Zia Construction, handles execution, which means we control quality and cost from site selection through delivery. We build with ZS2’s panelized system, engineered for resilience and designed to be replicated. Fewer handoffs. Tighter budgets. Buildings that last.
We are building a track record, project by project and partner by partner, that speaks for itself.
Good work compounds. We are counting on it.
